摘要
研究索菲亚科学园区的政府举措、行政管理、财政经费,试图探讨园区创新氛围的营造方式,梳理索菲亚科学园区的发展历程,结合中国高新科技园区现状提出实务建议。
Investigating the initiatives of the French government, administration management, and funding status, this study aims to understand how Sophia Antipolis creates the innovative milieu. This study also offers suggestion on the devel- opment of Chinese science parks through learning from the Sophia antipolis experience.
