总结湖北省促进科技型中小微企业发展的基本方式,结合湖北省科技中小微企业发展的实证调研,通过定性和定量研究,科学地分析湖北省促进科技中小微企业发展的优势与不足,重点提出促进湖北省科技中小微企业发展的对策建议。
The paper analyzes the development rule of small and mediumsized S＆T enterprises in Hubei province, and concludes the ＂Hubei mode＂, which is very significant to the development of ＂innovative Hubei＂ . The paper concludes its development mode. Then, based on empirical research, with the help of qualitative and quantitative investigation, the paper analyzes its strength and weakness, and puts forward recommendations accordingly.
