摘要
基于亚当斯的分配公平思想,借助结构方程模型,以满意度和敬业度为中介变量,经验性研究揭示了分配公平对研发人员成功智力成长的促进机理,发现对分析型智力和创造型智力的成长存在着明显的促进作用,而对实践型智力成长缺乏促进功能。由此提出研发人员成功智力的促进策略,以推动我国整体科技创新能力的成长。
Based on the Adams equitable distribution ideas, and by means of structural equation modeling and relying satisfaction and engagement as mediating variables, empirical research reveals the promoting mechanism of distribution fairness to success intelligence of R&D personnel, and finds a clear promoting effect in the growth of analytical intelligence and creative intelligence and no promoting function in the growth of practice - based intellectual. Then this research proposes the promoting strategies of success intelligence of R&D staff in order to promote the growth of overall scientific and technological innovation in China.
