通过对高铁走出国门的战略进行SWOT分析,得出其自身劣势和外部威胁都与专利息息相关。针对我国高铁目前面临的己方专利布局不足,他方专利布局严密,缺乏专利战略思维的海外专利风险,从技术发展、专利布局、信息分析、战略运用、人才培养、政策利用等六方面给出我国高铁的海外专利战略建议,以期对我国高铁开拓国际市场有所裨益。

Based on the SWOT analysis of the overseas strategy of Chinag high - speed railway, the paper draws their own weaknesses and external threats closely related to the patent. China high - speed rail is facing the overseas patent risk due to the lack of patent layout and patent strategic thinking, while competitors have strict patent layout. So the paper gives six aspects of strategic advice for overseas patent development from technical development, patent layout, information analysis, strategy use, personnel training and use of policies, in order to help China high - speed rail develop the international market.
