二斑叶螨与截形叶螨在棉花上的种间竞争

摘要 二斑叶螨与截形叶螨是棉花重要的害螨,研究两者种群动态、种间竞争及竞争过程中体内保护酶活性的变化。结果表明:二斑叶螨混合种群数量增长率大于其单种种群,截形叶螨混合种群数量增长率小于其单种种群,截形叶螨的内禀增长力(rm)为0.047 4,二斑叶螨的rm为0.079 3;竞争前后二斑叶螨3种保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)增长速度均大于截形叶螨;二斑叶螨拥有更强的竞争能力。 Tetranychus urticae and Tetranychus truncatus are major p causes cotton severe loss in qua these two mites are not reporte ty and yield. The activities of three protective enzymes (SOD, POD, and CAT) of T. urticae were dramatically increased after competition of T. truncatus. Meanwhile, the content of CAT of T. truncatus was less in the mixed population than in the single population.
