医学实习生心理健康状况调查及影响因素分析

Analyzing the status of mental health of medical interns and its influencing factors

目的:调查医学实习生的心理健康状况,探讨分析影响医学实习生心理健康状况的因素。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应付方式问卷(CSQ)和青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC),对3所医学院校197名医学实习生和99名医学在校生进行问卷调查并对结果进行分析。结果:医学实习生强迫、抑郁、焦虑因子得分高于全国青年组常模(P<0.01);医学实习生除躯体化因子外,其他因子得分均高于医学在校生;生活事件量表中各因子均与SCL-90总分呈正相关(P<0.01);应对方式量表中自责和合理化两因子与SCL-90总分呈正相关,解决问题和退避两因子与其呈负相关(P<0.05);多元回归分析显示,对医学实习生心理健康而言,自责因子是危险因素,解决问题因子是保护因素。结论:医学实习生的心理健康水平低于全国平均水平和在校医学生,生活事件和应付方式能影响其心理健康。

Objective To investigate the status of mental health of medical interns, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods 197 cases of medical interns and 99 cases of medical students were sampled from three colleges and surveyed with Self Checklist- 90（SCL-90） ,Adolescent Self Rating Life Event Checklist （ASLEC） and Coping Style Questionnaire （CSQ）. Results The medical interns＇ scores of compulsion idea,depression and anxiety factors were significantly higher than the nationwide normal. Except the somatization factor, medical interns＇ scores were significantly higher than that of other students. There had significantly positive correlation between the factors in ASLEC and SCL＇90. And the two factors of self-reproach and rationalization in coping style questionnaire were significantly positively correlated with the total score of SCL-90 ,while the two factors of withdrawing and problem-solving were negatively correlated with it. Logistic regression analysis showed that self-accusation factor was the risk factor and problem solving was protective for psychological health. Conclusion The psychological health of medical interns was worse than the nationwide normal and medical students in school. Life events and coping style can influence their mental health.
