摘要
根据良好农业规范(good agriculture practice,GAP)标准控制点的相关要求,结合黑木耳(Auricularia auricular)栽培生产各个环节中存在的质量安全风险因素,阐述黑木耳栽培生产的良好农业规范(GAP)质量安全控制技术,以期能为提高我国黑木耳产品的质量安全提供参考和借鉴。
According to good agricultural practice standard control points, an good agricultural practice quality and safety con- trol technology was analyzed, combined with the quality and safety factors existing in A ttricularia auricular cultivation production links, in order to provide references for improving quality and safety of A. auricular products.
