喹诺酮是一类广泛应用的重要抗菌药物,临床应用存在混乱,耐药现象比较严重。本文就喹诺酮类药物的耐药现状、耐药机制、恰当评价和临床合理应用进行综述与解析,供药学和临床参考。
Quinolones is a widely-used and important antibacterial. There were serious drug resistance and irrational clinical use. The review include current condition of resistance, mechanism of resistance, appropriate evaluation and rational use for refer to pharmacologic and clinical worker.
