中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病并心律失常疗效及安全性评价

The Effi cacy and Safety Evaluation of Chinese and Western Integrative Treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy and Arrhythmia

目的探究中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病并心律失常疗效及安全性评价。方法将我院收治的100例扩张型心肌病并心律失常患者随机分成两组,对照组和实验组。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,实验组在常规西医治疗的基础上采用中医进行治疗。结果对照组治疗的总有效率是76%,实验组治疗的总有效率是92%;两组患者治疗后的心脏形态指标和心脏功能指标都有所改善,实验组的改善更加明显;对照组患者不良反应发生率是48%,实验组不良反应发生率是12%。结论对于扩张型心肌病并心律失常患者,采用中西医结合治疗的治疗效果更加明显。

Objective To investigate the evaluation of the efficacy and safety of Chinese and Western integrative medicine in dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with arrhythmia. Methods One hundred patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with arrhythmia who were admitted to our hospital were randomly devided two groups： control group and experimental group. Patients in the control group were on conventional Western medical therapy while those in the experimental group were on TCM therapy with conventional Western medical therapy. Results The total response rate was 76% in the control group and 92% in the experimental group, respectively. For patients in both groups, there were improvements in cardiac morphological and cardiac function parameters after treatment, especially in the experimental group. The incidence of adverse reactions was 48% for patients in the control group and 12% in the experimental group, respectively. Conclusion Patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with arrhythmia achieve more significant efficacy when they are on Chinese and Westem integrative medicine theranv.
