正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征实施全程护理对患者依从性的影响

The Effect of Positive Pressure Ventilation in Treatment of Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的探究在正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征过程中实施全程护理对患者依从性的影响。方法以抽取2012年5月—2015年5月在我院就诊的90例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均接受正压通气治疗,观察组患者在治疗时接受全程护理,对照组患者接受常规护理。对比两组患者的护理效果并评价其依从性。结果观察组患者的依从性显著高于对照组,并且各项临床指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的过程中应用全程护理模式可有效提高患者依从性,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of implementation of whole-course nursing intervention on patient compliance during positive pressure ventilation in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS）. Methods Ninety patients with OSAS who visited in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were randomly devided observation and control groups. All patients received positive pressure ventilation. Patients in the observation group were on whole-course nursing intervention while those in the control group were on routine nursing. The nursing effect was compared between both groups, and their compliance was evaluated. Results The patient compliance was higher and all clinical parameters were better in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of whole-course nursing intervention during positive pressure ventilation in patients with OSAS can effectively improve their compliance and clinical symptoms.
