摘要
①目的 针对大学英语教学中存在的问题 ,探讨教师在教学中的角色定位。②方法 用随机抽样的方法 ,采用自行设计定向问卷的形式对 2 0 0 1年级 4 2 0名医学生进行了问卷调查。③结果 认为教师应成为学生英语学习指导者占 6 9% ,教师应成为学生良师益友占 76 % ,教师应成为英语知识传授者点 15 % ,教师应成为学生非智力学力因素的激发者占 6 2 % ,教师应成为学生主动学习引导者占 5 3% ④结论 大学英语教师在教学中不但是知识的传授者 ,而且要成为学生学习的指导者、学生非智力学习因素的激发者、学生主动学习的引导者和生活上的良师益友。
Objective\ To discuss a teacher's role in college English teaching in view of existing problems.\ Methods\ A random sampling was used in this study.420 medical students of our college enrolled in 2001 were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire.\ Results\ The students surveyed thought that a college English teacher should be:an instructor of English learning for students (accounting for 69% of students investigated),a teacher and a helpful friend (76%),a man passing on English knowledge to students(15%),an activator of non-intellectual learning factors(62%),a guide to teach students to actively study(53%).\ Conclusion\ College English teachers should not only cultivate English knowledge,but also be students' guides in learning and be good friends.
