摘要
为探索硒元素对烤烟烟叶中重金属累积的拮抗效应,以烤烟K326为试验材料,研究了不同硒元素施用量对烤后烟叶中铅、砷、镉、铬和汞等5种重金属含量及化学成分的影响。结果表明,基施硒元素能显著提高烤后烟叶中硒元素的含量,适量的施用硒元素可以生产出富硒烟叶,同时改善烟叶的内在化学成分的协调性,提高烟叶的工业可用性。综合来看,1.80~2.70 kg/hm2的硒元素能显著降低烤后烟叶铅、镉和汞的含量,而在本试验0~3.60 kg/hm2的硒元素施用量范围内,基施硒元素对烤后烟叶中砷、铬含量无显著消减作用。
To explore the antagonism effect of selenium on the accumulation of heavy metals in tobacco, the effects of different doses of selenium on the content of selenium, lead, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury and inner quality were investigated in flue-cured tobacco K326. The results showed that basal selenium could significantly increase selenium content in flue-cured tobacco leaves, after a suitable amount of selenium could produce selenium-rich and higher quality tobacco. Taken together, 1.80-2.70 kg/hm2 selenium could significantly reduce the content of lead, cadmium and mercury in flue-cured tobacco leaves. Within the doses of 0~3.60 kg/hm2 selenium designed in this experiment, there was no significant reduction effect on the content of arsenic and chromium in flue-cured tobacco leaves.
