轻型颅脑损伤静息态脑网络的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 轻型颅脑损伤发病率高,病人往往表现严重的认知障碍以及行为异常,而常规的影像学检查方法仍不能有效诊断。随着静息态功能磁共振技术的发展,静息态脑网络的概念逐渐被人们所熟知。轻型颅脑损伤状态下静息态脑网络的异常变化可能会成为未来临床诊断以及治疗的重要指标。本文综述轻型颅脑损伤状态下静息态默认网络、丘脑脑网络以及全脑小世界网络的异常表现,旨在揭示颅脑损伤状态下静息态脑网络的异常变化趋势,为后续建立轻型颅脑损伤在静息态脑网络中的临床诊断标准奠定基础。
