瑞士职业教育“学徒制”的研究与启示

On Research and Enlightenment of Apprenticeship System in Swiss Vocational Education

瑞士的职业教育的核心就是完善的"学徒制"人才培养体系。当前我国教育部正在全国范围内开展"现代学徒制"试点工作,目标是让"现代学徒制"成为校企合作培养技术技能人才的重要途径。瑞士推进"学徒制"的经验,值得我们学习借鉴。

The core of vocational education in Switzerland is the perfect apprenticeship tra^mng system, l ne modem apprenticeship pilot project is currently being carried out across the country by the Ministry of Education of the People＇s Republic of China. The goal is making the modem apprenticeship become an important way to cultivate technical skills talents in school-enterprise cooperation. Therefore researching the experience of Swiss apprenticeship system in vocational education, we can get some enlightenment to promote the vocational education in China.
