细水雾遮蔽衰减目标热辐射的实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Thermal Radiation Attenuation of Targets by Fine Water Sprays

摘要 设计与搭建了一套细水雾热遮蔽系统,研究了细水雾衰减目标热辐射的实际过程,分析了影响细水雾热遮蔽效果的内、外部因素。研究发现,0.71 mm大口径喷嘴的热遮蔽效果好于0.41 mm口径喷嘴;细水雾厚度越大对目标热辐射的衰减效果越好,但从减小目标与背景的辐射对比度的角度考虑,而是存在最佳水雾厚度值;采用向上喷射的方式比向下喷射具有更好的热遮蔽能力;对于向上喷射的细水雾,其不同高度上热遮蔽能力是不同的,表现出了随高度先增后减的趋势;风的存在,破坏了雾场并加速了雾滴蒸发,对细水雾的热遮蔽能力具有明显的减弱作用。 In this paper,a set of thermal shielding system is designed and established.The actual process of thermal radiation attenuation of targets by water sprays is studied and the basic factors which influence on the shielding effect of sprays are analyzed.It's found a better ability of sprays to attenuate thermal radiation when injected with nozzles of larger aperture than smaller aperture.Also it's found that the more of depth of the spray curtain,the better of its ability to attenuate the thermal radiation.When the radiation contrast between the targets and backgrounds is taken into account,there will be an optimal depth of spray curtain regarding the thermal shielding ability.It's showed that there is a better ability of water sprays to attenuate thermal radiation when injected upward.For the upward injecting style,the ability regarding attenuation of thermal radiation at different height of spray curtain show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The crossflow like winds destroys spray field and accelerates the evaporating rate of droplets,and this results in weakening the ability of thermal attenuation of water sprays.
