摘要
以大豆东农53为材料,以子叶节为外植体研究不同浓度的TDZ、6-BA及GA3对其丛生芽诱导的影响。结果表明,丛生芽诱导的最佳培养基激素配比组合如下:萌发培养基为MSB5+TDZ 0.1mol/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7g/L,p H5.8;芽诱导培养基为MSB5+6-BA 0.5mol/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7g/L,p H5.8。萌发培养基中高浓度的TDZ的存在不利于后期丛生芽的诱导;而在TDZ和6-BA存在时,附加GA3不利于丛生芽的诱导。
Using cotyledonary node of soybean Dongnong 53 as explants to study the effects of TDZ,6- BA and GA3 on the multiple Shoots induction. The results showed that the optimum medium are as follows: germination medium is MSB5 + TDZ0. 1mol / L+ sucrose30 g / L + agar 7g / L,p H5. 8; bud induction medium is MSB5 + 6- BA 0. 5mol / L + sucrose 30 g / L + agar 7g / L,p H5. 8. High concentrations of TDZ are not conducive to inducing multiple Shoots. After adding TDZ and 6- BA in germination medium,GA3 would restrain the induction of multiple Shoots.
