摘要
地表不平度对车辆行驶过程中的平顺性和操作稳定性起着重要的作用,非接触式表面不平度测试装置是目前使用最广泛的测量设备。本文以STC89C52单片机为核心处理器,并利用高精度SRF020M01A数字激光传感器和滚轴丝杠台设计制作了一套地表不平度测试仪;同时,采用La BVIEW2010编写数据控制与采集处理软件,实现了不平度数据的实时采集、处理、存储及图形显示功能。利用该设备进行了3种耕作土壤表面不平度的测试,数据处理结果表明:3种地表的轮廓均方根标准差分别为犁耕102.2,圆盘耙29.1及驱动耙10.4,利用该测试系统能够有效完成土壤表面不平度测试及数据分析。
The surface roughness plays an important role on the vehicle ride comfort and operation stability. Currently,non- contact surface roughness test equipment is the most widely used measuring equipment. In this paper,the microcontroller STC89C52 has been employed as the core processor. At the same time,a set of surface roughness tester is also designed by using a high precision digital laser sensors SRF020M01 A and ball screw machine; In addition,the data control and acquisition processing software has been wrote by adopting La BVIEW2010. The system has realized functions of real- time data acquisition,processing,storage and graphical display to the roughness data. Three types of tillage soil surface roughness have been tested by using this device,and the data processing results show that RMS's standard deviations of the three kinds of surface are respectively 102. 2for plough,29. 1 for disc harrow and10. 4 for driven harrow,so the test system can effectively complete the soil surface roughness test and data analysis.
