杜拉纤维浮石混凝土力学性能试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS ON THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF DURAFIBER PUMICE CONCRETE

摘要 在以天然浮石为粗骨料的轻骨料混凝土中掺入杜拉纤维,通过对杜拉纤维浮石混凝土力学性能的试验,研究了浮石混凝土在杜拉纤维掺量为0、0.6kg/m3、1.0kg/m3和1.4kg/m3时的基本力学性能,包括立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度,劈裂抗拉强度及抗折强度等,分析了杜拉纤维掺量的变化对浮石混凝土力学性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜从微观结构角度探讨了纤维对混凝土的影响机理。试验结果表明:掺入杜拉纤维有效提高了浮石混凝土的力学性能,改善其脆性,并确定1.0kg/m3的纤维掺量最为适宜。 present study,durafiber was mixed into the light weight aggregate concrete which used natural pumice as its coarse aggregate. Thus,mechanical properties related tests were conducted on the durafiber pumice concrete so as to study the basic mechanical properties of corresponding pumice concrete when the mixed durafiber quantity were 0,0. 6kg / m^3,1. 0kg/m^3 and 1. 4kg / m^3,including the cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,anti- flexural strength,etc. Besides,impacts of the variation of mixed durafiber amount on the mechanical properties of pumice concrete were analyzed,together with the influential mechanism relating to the effects of fiber on concrete in terms of the microstructure perspective been applied through the scanning electron microscope. Results indicated that: the mixing of durafiber into pumice concrete improves the associated mechanical properties significantly,as well as the fragility been enhanced and,the optimal mixed amount of durafiber is 1. 0kg / m3.
