微格教学在高职院校网球课中的效能性研究

摘要 通过对某职业技术学院2013级28名大学生进行2个学期的微格教学实验研究,分别在实验前后对学生的身体素质、网球专项能力、心理健康进行测试评价。结果表明:经过2个学期的微格教学实验后,学生的网球专项能力和某些身体素质均呈显著性提高;在心理健康方面,躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执等因子比实验前均有显著性降低。说明在高校网球课中运用微格教学对大学生网球专项能力、身体素质的提高和心理健康水平的改善有良好的效果。 Through the experimental research on microteaching for 2 semesters 28 college students of the grade 2013 of A Career Technical College, test of the students'physical fitness, tennis special ability, mental health before and after the experiment. The results showed that after 2 semesters of the Microteaching Experi- ment ,the studentsJtennis special ability and some physical quality are significantly improved, in terms of mental health : somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid factors were significantly decreased than before. Microteaching can improve college students tennis special ability, physical quality and improve the level of the mental health as well.
