刍议普通高校跆拳道选项课师资现状——透过天津市普通高校分析

On The Faculty Of Taekwondo As An Optional Course In The Universities Of Tianjin City

对天津市普通高校跆拳道选项课师资的现状进行了调查分析,结果表明:现任跆拳道教师的教龄结构趋向于年轻化,学历、职称偏低,跆拳道教师中是跆拳道专业毕业的教师比重小,教师的教学任务比较繁重。但是,都能够热爱本职工作,对待工作的态度及信念很坚定。

This article examines the faculty of taekwondo, as an optional course, in the universities of Tianjin city. The study shows that the age of the taekwondo teachers, whose degree and professional titles are lower, gets younger. The proportion of the taekwondo teachers graduating from taekwondo major is small. Taekwondo teachers have heavy teaching task, but they like their work, and have a good attitude and firm faith to the work.
