摘要
分析全钢子午线轮胎生产过程中胎体帘布稀线产生的原因,并提出对策。胎体帘布产生稀线的主要原因:成型时轮胎胶部件接头不合要求、帘布接头异常、胎坯存放过程中变形、帘布压延过程中钢丝张力和压力设置不当以及边部轻微脱层、帘布成型过程中拉伸。通过采取严格控制成型时轮胎胶部件接头质量、设定合理的接头机压力、调整压延机辊筒间压力和钢丝张力、保证帘布压延时供胶连续和均匀、避免成型时帘布拉伸等措施,有效解决了胎体帘布稀线问题。
The reasons for thinning cord lines in the carcass of TBR tires during the tire production process were analyzed and the corrective actions were proposed. The causes were defective joint of molded rubber parts, defective cord joint, green tire deformation during storage, incorrect tension and pressure of steel cord during the calendering process, edge delamination, and stretch of the ply. The corrective actions were strengthening quality control of parts, particularly on the joints, and improvement on the processing parameters, for example, splicer pressure, calendaring pressure and cord tension, in order to guarantee continuous and uniform rubber feed and avoid stretch of the ply. With the corrective actions, the nonuniform cord issue of carcass was effectively solved.
