摘要
以"美国大速生"生菜为试材,采用营养液水培试验方法,对不同氮浓度水平下的生菜叶片全氮含量和叶绿素与叶片光谱反射率的相关性进行分析,以研究高光谱技术应用于叶菜类蔬菜的营养监测的可行性。结果表明:光谱反射率数据呈单峰曲线状并且随叶片氮浓度增加而增大;在生菜的生长过程中叶片光谱反射率、叶绿素含量、全氮三者具有显著线性相关关系;叶绿素含量在光谱技术中能够指示叶片全氮量的多少,利用可见光区域叶片最大光谱反射率可以实现反演生菜叶片全氮含量和叶绿素含量。
With‘American high speed'lettuce as test material,the correlation between leaf chlorophyll and leaf spectral reflectance were studied under different treatments of nitrogen analysis by nourishing liquids experiment,in order to study whether high-spectral technique could be applied nutrition surveillance in leafy vegetables.The results showed that spectral reflectance data presented a single peak curve and increased with leaf nitrogen concentration increasing.During the lettuce growth process,leaf spectral reflectance,chlorophyll content,total nitrogen had significant linear correlation.Leaf chlorophyll content could indicate how much leaf total nitrogen content in spectral techniques,using the blade maximum spectral reflectance of visible area could be achieved a goal that the lettuce leaf total nitrogen content and chlorophyll content be inferred.
