基于2012—2014年国内外合作社文献的梳理与思考被引量：11

A Review on Farmer Cooperative Literature during 2012—2014

摘要本文梳理了2012—2014年国内外合作社的相关研究,一方面延续和补充前期的合作社研究评述,了解国内外合作社学者关注的最新内容,另一方面研判今后一段时期内合作社发展的趋势和研究的内容。国内外学者对于合作社研究的主题大体上趋于相同,主要可概括为合作社治理结构和功能及绩效,但是在内容、方法和深度上有所区别。在今后的合作社研究中可能会呈现出以下特征:越来越多交叉学科的应用,关于异化的和混合制的合作社组织模式的框架设计,越来越将合作社置于供应链或市场或产业组织体系等外部坏境中进行研究,我国合作社相关研究中关于土地合作社、社区合作社、合作社金融、合作社联合社等的研究将呈现出逐渐增多的趋势。 This paper reviews both domestic and overseas studies on farmer cooperatives. It supplements the previous literature reviews and meanwhile identifies development trend and future researches. The results display that research themes of domestic and overseas literature are homogeneous. Yet different content,methods,and depth are observed. There tend to be more studies applying interdisciplinary theories,on hybrid models of cooperatives,positioning cooperatives in the context of supply chain and industrial organization system,and on special models in China such as land shareholder cooperatives,community cooperatives,cooperative financial issues,and cooperative unions,etc.
