摘要
用组织切片和显微技术对3日龄至11日龄泥鳅的肠道进行组织切片研究。结果表明,泥鳅的消化系统至3日龄时已基本能进行摄食,至5日龄时肠道呼吸出现雏形,至8日龄、9日龄时肠道消化发育进行完善,至11日龄时消化及呼吸系统几乎完善,可进入成鱼饲养阶段。
Ontogenetic development of digestive organ was histologically studied in loach Misgurnus anguillicaudatus from 3 days old to 11 days old under a microscope. Results showed that the larvae had a basic digestive system for initial feeding at 3 days old, rudiment intestinal breathing at 5 days old, perfect- ive intestinal digestion at 8 or 9 days old, and complete digestive and respiratory system at 11 days old.
