摘要
用浊度仪法测定了小球藻、小新月菱形藻、球等鞭金藻、亚心形扁藻4种藻液不同密度时的浊度信号值,并与实际密度值建立联系。试验结果表明,浊度信号值与藻液密度之间具有良好的线性关系,函数方程分别为y=3.529x+534.67(r2=0.997)、y=6.4207x+78.678(r2=0.994)、y=14.107x+492.37(r2=0.998)、y=226.32x+431.08(r2=0.997),且极显著相关(P<0.001)。为单胞藻密度测定提供一种更为简便、快捷、及时、准确的方法。
The turbidity signal values of algae Chlorella sp. , Nitzschia closterium, Isochrysis galbana and Platymonas subcordiforrnis were measured to estimate the different unicellular alga density by a turbidimeter. There was a significant linear correlation (P〈0. 001) between turbidity signal value and unicellular alga density with function eguations as y = 3. 529x+ 534. 67 (r2 = 0. 997), y = 6. 4207x + 78. 678 (r2 = 0.994),y=14.107x-b492.37(r2=0.998)andy=226.32x+431.08(r2=0.997), respectively. The findings provided a convenient and accurate measurement of unicellular algae density.
