基于认知评价的非常规突发事件个体应激研究

Study on individual stress in unconventional emergency based on cognitive evaluation

为研究非常规突发事件中引起个体应激反应的认知体系,基于认知-现象学-相互作用的理论模型(CPT),运用Net Logo软件模拟仿真在不确定、不可预测的突发事件刺激下,个体初级评价、次级评价影响应激反应的演化机制。通过分析个体对应激源的初级评价、对自我效能和社会支持的次级评价,探讨这2层评价体系对应激心理行为的影响。在此基础上,构建基于CPT理论的个体应激机制系统模型。研究结果表明,面对非常规突发事件这一应激源,个体对突发事件的初级评价会正向调解应激反应;个体的自我效能感负向调解应激反应,个体感知到的社会支持也会负向调解应激反应。

In order to explore the individual cognitive system of stress in unconventional emergencies,a stress reaction model was built based on theory of CPT. The software Net Logo was used to simulate the influence of primary evaluation,secondary evaluation on the stress reaction in uncertain and unpredictable emergencies. By analyzing the individual＇s primary evaluation of the stress source,secondary evaluation of self-efficacy and social support,effects of two layers of evaluation systems on stress psychological behavior were discussed. An individual stress mechanism system model was built based on theory of CPT. The results show that in the face of unconventional emergencies,individual＇s primary evaluation of emergencies has a positive effect on stress reaction; individual＇s secondary evaluation of self-efficacy and social support has an inhibitory effect on stress reaction.
