摘要
为提高企业员工安全意识、促进员工的安全行为,向鞍山某企业员工发放调查问卷,采用数据统计分析软件包SPSS 16.0分析和校验所收集数据,运用结构方程模型(SEM)和验证性因子分析方法研究该企业员工安全意识的影响因素,揭示各因子的影响作用和员工的安全意识现状。结果发现该企业员工安全意识的总体得分指数为77.8,表明其安全意识水平总体状况相对不错。此外,企业安全生产环境和安全文化氛围建设有待加强,以提升企业安全管理水平,实现员工"要我安全"到"我要安全"模式的根本转变。
In order to improve employees＇ safety awareness of enterprise and promote their safe behaviors,data were collected via questionnaire investigation into employees of a certain enterprise in Anshan,analyzed and verified based on software package SPSS 16. 0. In addition,the exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model were applied to study factors influencing employees＇ safety awareness,reveal their effects and the situation of employees＇ safety awareness. The results show that the overall score index of employees＇ safety awareness is 77. 8,indicating that the overall level of safety awareness among employees is relatively good,and that work safety environment and safety culture construction of enterprise should be strengthened to enhance the level of enterprise safety management,and realize the fundamental mode transformation from ＂ wanting me working safely＂ to ＂ I want to work safely ＂.
