摘要
为深入研究群体因素对建筑工人不安全行为的影响机理,基于建筑业行业特征,引入群体变量对计划行为理论(TPB)进行修正,构建建筑工人不安全行为意向影响因素修正模型。采用文献梳理、问卷调查和实地调研等方法进行实证分析,结合结构方程模型(SEM)对研究假设和修正模型进行验证。结果表明,群体行为满意度和群体行为规范,对建筑工人不安全行为意向有显著的正向间接影响。基于群体角度提出的激励奖惩措施、精简行为态度测量量表,以及推行群体行为规范化可视化等对策建议,有助于提高企业安全管理水平。
The work was aimed at studying thoroughly the mechanism by which group factors influence construction workers unsafe behavior. On the basis of characteristics of construction industry,the TPB was modified by introducing three group variables. An influence factor correction model was built for construction workers unsafe behavioral intention. The method of literature reviewing,questionnaire and field researching were used to make an empirical analysis of the mechanism. The research hypotheses and correction model were verified by use of SEM. The results show that group behavior satisfaction and group norm have positive significant indirect influence on construction workers' unsafe behavioral intention,and that measures proposed from the perspective of group,including incentive reward and punishment,streamlining behavior and attitude measurement scale and implementing group behavior standardization and visualization will help enterprises improve the level of safety management.
