出口导向与企业社会责任的关系研究——基于中国A股上市公司的实证研究

摘要 出口贸易历来得到中国政府的支持与鼓励,而出口导向型企业的社会责任却未受到应有的关注。利用A股上市公司2010~2013年的数据,研究出口导向与企业社会责任的关系及其内在机制。实证结果表明:(1)出口导向负向影响企业社会责任绩效;(2)企业可见度在两者的关系中起部分中介作用;(3)企业所有制性质对出口导向与企业社会责任绩效的关系起调节作用。同时,企业社会责任对出口导向与企业财务绩效的关系起调节作用。
