摘要
当前国内出版企业网店客户群开发过程中在销售、服务、资源整合等方面都存在不能适应产业发展需求的环节,本文结合互联网思维的内涵,提出出版企业客户群开发的四个步骤,以此提高国内出版企业网店客户群开发的效率。
For almost two years, there are some links in the development of customer bose of the domestic publishing companies online which can not adapt to the industry development. This paper puts forward the four steps of the development of customer bose of publishing companies online, combining the Internet thoughts, in order to improve the efficiency of development of customer bose of publishing companies online.
