摘要
职业院校与企业组建的教育集团,在企业跨国经营的趋势下,提出了职业院校向跨国企业的东道国分支机构输送人才和在东道国就地培养的客观要求。异地培养,使得职业教育的输出成为了必须思考的问题。原有建立在教育引进基础上的教育国际化评价构成要素,未能涵盖教育输出这一因素;原有教育国际化评价要素的权重研究,也存在着较大的分歧。教育的国际化评价,首先应达成评价要素的认同。教育国际化观念、战略、政策与措施、支撑体系和项目与成效,应成为教育国际化评价的主要构成要素。
Under the trend of transnational operation of enterprises, education group formed by vocational colleges and enterprises make objective requirements that vocational colleges provide qualified personnel and cultivate them in host country to the branch of host country of transnational enterprise. Cultivation in different places is a problem that needs to consider for the output of vocational education. Based on the original introduced education, internationalization evaluative factors don't contain the output of education. The weight of research on the original internationalization evaluative factors also exist a lot of controversies. Internationalization evaluation should realize evaluative factors. The concept, strategy, policy and measure,supporting system, project and effect of education internationalization should become the main elements of internationalization factors of education evaluation.
