摘要
学前教育专业人才需求及培养存在幼儿教师缺口大,且专业化教师不足;人才培养质量与幼儿园工作岗位需求相脱节;中职毕业生就业形势不乐观等问题。基于此,学前教育专业中高职衔接人才培养可以从以下方面入手:中高职衔接培养试点学校双方要明晰各自人才培养目标,深入人才培养模式改革;幼儿园、试点双方学校共同构建与幼儿园工作岗位能力需求相适应的课程教学体系;试点双方学校要有针对性的开展教师培训与学生辅导工作。
There are some problems in the development of preschool education major in Hunan. The kindergarten teacher's gap is big, and the specialized teacher is insufficient; the quality of personnel training doesn't need the kindergarten's job requirements; the employment situation is not optimistic. Based on this, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate the students in Hunan. We should make clear the training objectives of the students in the middle and higher vocational education and go deep the reform of the personnel training mode. The kindergarten and the pilot schools construct together the curriculum teaching system that fits requirements of job; the pilot schools should carry out the development of teacher training and student counseling with combining the existing problems of graduate employment.
