The Upsurge in Anti-Japanese War of Xiangbei

抗日战争时期,在中共中央关于抗日民族统一战线的旗帜下,八路军南下支队、新四军江南挺进支队、地方武装游击队和民间抗日壮士团结一心,在湘北大地上掀起了一股抗日热潮,配合了国民党正面战场的作战,为湘北地区抗战作出了不可磨灭的贡献。

During the Anti-Japanese War, under the banner of anti-Japanese national united front of CPC, the south-forward Eight Route Army were united with the Gangnam-forward New Fourth Army, local armed guerrillas and folk heroes which created an upsurge of anti-Japanese movement, and fought in cooperation with the frontal battlefield of Kuomintang. It had made indelible contribution to war in Xiangbei Aera.
