摘要 1病例报告 例1：患者女，59岁。因上腹部胀痛1个月于2014-11-25入住唐山市工人医院。既往查体，无结核和肝炎等传染病史，无手术、外伤及输血史，未到过牧区及疫区。入院台体，血、尿、便常规及生化系列未见异常；铁货白232．4ng／mL，
