非全周阀口的FLUENT稳态液动力仿真研究

摘要 就U型、V型、K型三种节流槽的非全周阀口进行了FLUENT仿真研究,发现在进出口压力差不变时,三种阀口的液动力都随着开口度的增大而增大,而且将三种阀口产生的液动力进行对比,发现在深度和宽度相同时,V型槽的液动力最小。最后将液动力进行了部分理论计算,发现计算结果和仿真结果基本一致,说明FLUENT仿真结果是可信的。 In this paper, U type, V type, K type three notches of non valve port for the fluent simulation research, found in the import and export pressure differences are the same, three valve port hydrodynamic are as opening degree increase and increase, and will compare three kinds of valve port hydrodynamic, found at the same depth and width, V-shaped groove liquid minimum power. Finally, the fluid power is calculated by some theory. The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the simulation results. The results show that the FLUENT simulation results are credible.
