摘要
对轮式拖拉机在不平地面行驶过程中的振动进行了分析,并建立了轮式拖拉机运输状态下的减振系统数学模型。针对轮式拖拉机在运输状态下农具的振动问题,提出了减振控制策略,并利用ADAMS/View软件建立拖拉机的整机机械系统模型,用ADAMS/Hydraulics建立了悬挂系统液压模型,与MATLAB软件实现了机电液联合仿真,对PID控制和模糊PID控制策略进行了仿真分析和对比,验证了减振方法的正确性,为工程实际应用提出了一种新的解决方法。
The vibration of wheeled tractor in uneven road at transport state is analyzed, mathematical model of wheeled tractor is built. Direct at the vibration control of tractor's farm tools, the vibration attenuation control strategy is found, The co-simulation is achieved with the mechanical model established in the Adams/view, the hydraulic model established in the ADAMS/hydraulic and the PID and fuzzy PID control established in the MATLAB and the two control methods are compared and analyzed, a new solution of practical application is raised.
