摘要
无论是工业批量生产的PCB还是在实验室中手工制作的PCB,本质都是利用感光材料受光照后发生化学变化,将电路连线从一种介质转移至另一种介质上,再通过显影、蚀刻等步骤,把底片上的线路变成电路板上实实在在的铜箔导线。以数字显示式直流稳压电路为例,介绍利用成品感光电路板进行PCB的手工制作的方法。
No matter the mass manufacture of PCB in industries or the laboratory manual production of PCB, in essence, transfers the circuit connection from one medium to an6ther medium through the Use of changes of the photosensitive materials when lighted. And through the development and etching steps, the film on the line becomes the copper wire in the circuit boards. This paper, taking the digital display type of DC voltage regulator circuit as an example, makes a production of the circuit board for the manufacture of PCB.
