The Process For the Drive Gear Case based on Master CAM

运用Master CAM对驱动齿轮壳进行建模,并进行工艺和刀路的设计,通过CAM软件进行仿真加工验证,得到该零件的数控加工程序,改进了该零件的制造方法。

This paper used Master CAM to constructed the model for the Drive gear case, then designed the crafts and the Tool path, verification by simulated the model got the NC program. By the above steps to improve the manufactory methods to the Drive gear case.
