摘要
滚珠丝杠的反向间隙误差是数控车床系统误差的一种,反向间隙的大小直接影响到机床的定位精度。在半封闭环经济型数控车床加工过程中,常常会因为滚珠丝杠的反向间隙使加工后的零件产生形状和位置误差。此时,检测反向间隙的大小和并对反向间隙进行控制对提高零件的加工精度有实际意义。
The reverse gap error of the ball screw is a kind of systematic error of the numerical control lathe. The size of the reverse gap directly affects the positioning accuracy of the machine tool. In the process of the semi closed loop economy numerical control lathe, the shape and position error of the parts are often caused by the reverse clearance of the ball screw.
