摘要
伺服自动焊由伺服电机、机械减速或耦合机构、伺服控制器、传感器、焊钳及变压器,控制器、水路气路等组成,使焊钳按照既定动作实现自动焊接的机构。伺服自动焊在汽车生产的裙边焊接及板件搭接区域的焊接固定上起着重要的作用。其高适应性,快捷性,焊接的可靠性在以人工无法或难以企及的区域有着无可比拟的优越性。旨在通过对伺服自动焊的软硬件设计,解决在人工及大型机械手无法企及的区域,实现自动焊接的目的,经现场验证,完全满足生产需求。
Servo auto weld is compose by servo motor,reduction gears, controller, sensors,welding clamps, transformer,driver element,water and pneumatic pipes.What it does is making the welding clamps running and welding with predetermine path. Servo auto weld do significant automobile industry, it has excellent advantage in some place effort on skirt edge welding and overlap welding in people or robots hard to reach. In this article, we introduce how to design and control autoweld, in order to solve such a problem which is many areas is very hard to weld by people or big robot, but with autoweld it is very easier to implement, satisfied the requirement of production.
