双臂机器人关节部件的宏程序加工应用研究

摘要 针对双臂机器人关节部件的制造,通过加工非圆方程曲线表述的工件和两轴半加工倒圆/倒角典型曲面零件的实例,阐述了宏程序编程中灵活运用具有运算功能和存储功能的变量、结合极坐标这种特殊的编程功能,可快速、精确、可靠地完成工件的研制,为工程实践提供了有力的工具。 Manufacturing process based on the joint component of dual arm robot,the outline of the workpiece is processed by the use of the non circle equation, typical curved parts is processed through two half round/chamfer processing, this paper expounds the special programming function that the flexibility in the application of macro program has the function of computing and storage and the combination of polar coordinates, can be fast/accurate and reliable to complete the development of the workpiece, provides a powerful tool for engineering practice.
