氯化釜工艺结构的探讨

摘要 氯化釜工况复杂,耐腐蚀要求高,普通的碳钢及不锈钢已无法满足工况的要求,采用纯有色金属,成本高。故在材料上用到了Zr702/TA1/Q345R,Ta1/TA1/Q345R,TA9/Q345R复合板;氯化釜涉及到多种材料,而且Zr702、TA1及Ta1与钢又是不可焊接的,造成加工难度大。通过介绍了氯化釜制造过程中的几种典型结构及加工方法,来了解不能与钢焊接的贵重有色金属与钢的连接形式,从而降低制造成本,推动有色金属在工业领域中的应用。 Chloride reactor complex working conditions, high corrosion resistance requirements, common carbon steel and stainless steel have been unable to meet the requirements of working condition, using pure non-ferrous metals, high cost. So on the material used to Zr702 / TA1 / Q345R, Tal / TA1 / Q345R, TA9 / Q345R composite board; Chloride kettle involves a variety of materials, and Zr702, TA1 and Tal and steel is not welded, processing is difficult. This paper introduces several kinds of typical structure in the process of chlorination kettle manufacturing and processing methods, to understand with steel welding precious connection form of non-ferrous metals and steel,to reduce the manufacturing cost, and promote non-ferrous metal in the field of industrial applications.
