摘要
给出预载荷下转盘轴承的几何模型,利用几何位移关系求出了轴承接触角以及接触应变量,根据轴承内圈受力平衡关系,分析了不同预载荷下接触载荷的分布关系。结果表明:一定的预载荷可以增加轴承钢球与滚道的接触数目,使载荷分布更加均匀,减小了滚道工作面的磨损。
This paper presents a geometrical interference model of preloaded slewing bearing. On the basis of contact model between ball track and bearing rollers , the contact angle and contact elastic strain is deduced via geometric displacement. Besides, According to equilibrium condition in the inner ring , the contact stress distribution relation is discussed. The theoretical analysis shows a certain preload can increase the contact number between bails and raceways, making load distribute uniform and weakening the abrasion in the working raceway.
