浅析如何实现中德模具机械工培训过程中的持续改进

摘要 德国的双元制职业教育模式已有一百多年的历史,我国引进双元制职业教育模式也有二十多年的历史。在双元制教学模式过程中,以两次毕业考试为鉴定学徒学习技能的一种考核方式。分别在第四学期(毕业考试1)与第六学期(毕业考试2)进行,毕业考试1占总成绩的40%,毕业考试2占60%。其中毕业考试2是鉴定每个学生三年学习成果的最终考核评定,尤为重要。而在培训的过程中,出现多样化的问题,需要进行分析并持续改进来优化整个过程。 German "dual" vocational education system has a long history with more than one hundred years, which was introduced into China twenty years ago. Under the teaching mode of "dual" system, two graduation tests are the assessment way to evaluate apprentices' skills, which is conducted in Semester 4 (Graduation Test One) and Semester 6 (Graduation Test Two) respectively. Graduation Test One occupies 40% out of the total score, and Graduation Test Two is 60% out of the total score. Graduation Test Two is the final assessment to evaluate apprentices' three-year learning achievement, which is the most important test. During the process of training, different problems come out and need analyzing for continuous improvement.
