摘要
健全的人格是良好的心理健康素质的重要标志,也是心理健康教育所要达到的最终目标。人格教育的目标与德育一致,人格品质与品德的形成心理机制相同,其途径和方法亦存在融合性和相互影响。因此,人格教育必须与思想政治教育密切结合,发挥德育的定向和发展个性的功能,树立科学的心理发展观,依据知情意行协同发展、行知统一和自我教育的心理教育原理,贯彻教育性、协同性、活动性和主体性的教育原则。
Healthy personality is an important hallmark of mental health as well as an ultimate goal that can be achieved through mental health education. The goal of personality education is in consistency with that of moral education.Personality and morality are formed through the same psychological mechanism, and their ways and means are also integrated and interacted. Thus, personality education should be closely integrated with ideological and political education to realize its function of directing moral and personality development, establish the scientific viewpoints of psychological development, and to implement the educational, cooperative, active and subjective principle of education according to the psychological education principles such as the cooperative development of cognition, emotion, will and behavior,behavioral and cognitive unity as well as self-education.
