风湿病相关的骨质疏松症值得关注 被引量：3

摘要 骨质疏松症（osteoporosis,OP）是一种以骨强度下降、骨折风险增加为特征的骨骼系统疾病,早在1993年《美国风湿病学会对关节炎和风湿性疾病的命名和分类》已将OP包括其中,但由于我国风湿病专业起步较晚,风湿病学者对其认识和研究存在诸多不足,发表有关OP的研究文章的数量少于内分泌和骨科等专业,风湿免疫科临床医生对OP诊治也缺乏足够的重视,漏诊漏治的情况并不鲜见.本文就风湿病相关骨质疏松症的流行病学现状、发病机制和存在的一些临床问题加以探讨,希望风湿病专业医生能关注OP这一重要课题,积极开展相关的基础和临床研究,并在临床实践中及早发现、及早干预和防治,以改善患者预后.
