传统改善病情抗风湿药对中轴型脊柱关节炎治疗有效

摘要 2010年EULAR和国际强直性脊柱炎评估工作组（ASAS）联合推出了AS治疗推荐的更新,这一更新后的推荐中指出：传统DMARDs对AS治疗无效[1].从此,＂传统DMARDs对中轴型脊柱关节炎是否有效＂一直是风湿界同仁争论的热点.针对这一问题,笔者曾经不止一次地与多位风湿科医生进行探讨,并且查阅相关文献,由此得出结论认为传统DMARDs对中轴型脊柱关节炎治疗有效.具体的原因如下.
