湿法磷酸尾洗废硅胶制备纳米白炭黑的工艺研究

摘要 研究了湿法磷酸尾气洗涤液中废硅胶直接制备纳米白炭黑的工艺,结果表明,尾洗废硅胶依次经洗涤、溶解及再沉淀工艺可制得符合行业标准的纳米白炭黑,其中,溶解及再沉淀工艺条件为:溶解温度60℃,溶解剂氟化铵质量分数15%,氟化铵过量10%,再沉淀p H值8,陈化时间40 min。 The process for direct preparation of nano-silicon dioxide from spent silicone in tailgas scrubbing liquid from wet-process phosphoric acid plant is studied,which indicates that the spent silicone from tailgas scrubbing liquid,after scrubbing,dissolution and re-settlement sections,can be used to product nano-silicon dioxide meeting the industrial standard. In which,the process conditions for dissolution and re-settlement sections are: Dissolutiontemperature is 60 ℃,mass fraction of dissolving agent ammonium fluoride is 15%,ammonium fluoride is in excess by 10%,pH value in the re-settlement section is 8,assembly duration is 40 min.
