浅谈硫磺制酸生产中余热锅炉泄漏的分析与判断

Discussion on Analysis and Determination of Leakage in Waste Heat Boiler of Sulfur-burning Sulfuric Acid Plant

针对硫磺制酸装置的工艺特点,指出了余热锅炉漏水对制酸系统带来的危害,介绍了余热锅炉发生漏水的过程,为确保装置安全运行,提出了为及时发现锅炉泄漏可重点分析和判断的工艺指标。

For the process characteristics of the sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant,the hazards by the water leakage in the waste heat boiler to the sulfuric acid production system are pointed out. The process of leakage occurred in the waste heat boiler is outlined. And in order to ensure safe operation of the plant,the process indicators which can be analyzed and determined for the discovery of leakage in the boiler in a timely manner are proposed.
