摘要
结合哈尔滨工业大学交通行业重点实验室建设与复合型创新人才培养的实际情况,对设在高校的交通行业重点实验室的特点进行了分析,指出交通行业重点实验室建设对培养复合型创新人才的重要意义。从积极参与国家重大工程建设和抗灾救难社会行动、国际学术交流、与其他重点实验室合作交流等方面总结了交通行业重点实验室建设的特色工作。根据交通运输类专业复合型创新人才培养的需要,从培养理念、改革思路、采用的教学方法等方面提出了交通行业重点实验室用于复合型创新人才培养的具体措施。
Based on the actual conditions of the construction of key laboratory and the cultivation of compoundtype innovative talents in transport industry in Harbin Institute of Technology,the characteristics of transport industry key laboratory in colleges and universities are analyzed,and the significance of constructing transport industry key laboratory for the cultivation of compound-type innovative talents is put forward. The characteristic work in construction of transport industry key laboratory in Harbin Institute of Technology is summarized according to participation in major national construction projects and disaster relief social action positively,the international academic exchange,the cooperation and exchange with other laboratories.According to the demand of culturing transportation industry compound-type innovative talents,the concrete measures used by transport industry key laboratory to cultivate compound-type innovative talents are put forward based on cultivation concept,reform idea,teaching method and so on.
